Website notice · Updated October 5, 2026
Try a word without handing over a piece of yourself. This website has no account system, advertising trackers, or forms that collect your practice sentences.
What this notice covers
This notice describes the Elo marketing website and its browser lessons, made by Twelve Ten. It does not describe all data processing in the iPhone app. The app’s privacy information and settings apply when you use the app.
Your demo answers stay here
The word lesson holds your selected answers and practice sentence in the current page’s memory. The website does not send this writing to a server, put it in a database, or use it to train a model. Reloading or leaving the lesson can clear it.
Word searches use the page URL so a search can be opened or shared. Search terms can appear in browser history and hosting request logs; this is separate from the writing you enter in a practice lesson.
The demo does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photos.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party analytics scripts. It does not use local storage to build a profile of you or retain your lesson progress.
Fonts and artwork are served with the website. Visiting a page does not require a connection to a third-party font service.
Information needed to deliver the site
Like other websites, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. This information can be processed to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors.
The site is prepared for hosting on Vercel. Infrastructure logs are separate from the answers you type in the lesson. See Vercel’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Links and support
Links to Apple or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. If you contact support through an external email or feedback service, that service processes the information you choose to send. Avoid including private practice text or sensitive personal information in a report.
Questions and requests
For pre-release questions, use the contact channel included with your testing invitation. A public app support contact will be provided with release. The support page has the current help options.
Changes to this notice
If the way the website handles information changes, this page will be updated. The date above identifies the current version.
